BACKGROUND: This is to advise the Trade Community that a fee change was requested by
East Coast Warehouse, located at 1130 Polaris Street Elizabeth, NJ. The following fee increases
have been approved by the Port Director, Port of New York/Newark, Customs and Border
Protection.
East Coast CES, Inc.:
Enforcement/Trade Compliance and Agriculture Tariffs – The following charges are being
adjusted to reflect increased operating costs across the Greater NY/NJ region:
1) Chassis Fee – $40 / per day
2) Facility Fee -$175 / per exam
3) Reefer Monitoring Fee – $50 / per day
Enforcement/Trade Compliance Tariff – These fees are also being adjusted to reflect increased
operating costs across the Greater NY/NJ region
