| The CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V92 has been updated to include the FY25 Custom User Fee. The updated document is available at the ACE Automated Broker Interface (ABI) CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) page (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair), posted under the Chapters: Current Capabilities tab. This update includes FY25 adjustment of certain customs user fees and limitations (applicable to an entry summary):· · Formal MPF (499) limits changed to minimum $32.71 / maximum $634.62. · Informal MPF (automated and not prepared by CBP personnel) (311) changed to $2.62. · Dutiable Mail Fee (496) changed to $7.20. · Surcharge for Manual Entry or Release (500) changed to $3.93. The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2024. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2024 if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2024. The amounts are available in the Certification and Production environments.
