Cargo Systems Messaging ServiceCSMS # 60876581 – Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2405Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2405 was created on June 4, 2024, and contains 13 harmonized tariff records and 44 ABI records.

In support of the PGA Message Set, Partner Government Agency (PGA), HSU 2405 includes update to PGA flag indicator (FD3 and FD1) for FDA.

HSU 2405 also includes Section 301 Exclusion Extensions; 9903.88.67 and 9903.88.68 were extended from May 31 to June 14, 2024, and a new exclusion 9903.88.69 will be established in ACE by effective date June 15, 2024. This update also includes the continued suspension of the 25 percent Section 232 tariffs 99038182, 99038183, 99038184 on steel and derivative steel products imported from Ukraine. For additional information on suspension of Section 232 Ukraine Steel please refer to FRN 89 FR 48233.
