An updated version (16) of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Implementation Guide (IG) is now available, with updates made to the Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) section of the document. This update clarifies questions and address the much-appreciated comments from the trade community. EPA may make additional updates based on input from the Trade community during CERT testing.This version is posted to the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” section, located here: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair. The HFC code is available in CERT and is expected to deploy to CBP’s PRODUCTION environment no earlier than January 6, 2024.
