As related by the OGO – Industry Partnership:
The Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) and the Trade Compliance (TC) program 3.0 Portal Deployment has been delayed. A new date for deployment has yet to be determined. We will notify you once a new date for deployment and a data freeze period has been rescheduled.
Please disregard the data freeze message sent out previously in early November. The data freeze time period will be determined after a new deployment date has been set. As you all know, deployment of a new system is a challenging task, and our team is working diligently to ensure we are ready for a successful deployment.
We recommend partners remain up to date on their CTPAT and TC Portal accounts. This should include a review of the users that have access to your accounts. CTPAT has noticed an increase in email failures during these notifications from users that no longer have active partner company emails but remain listed as active users in trade partner’s CTPAT/TC accounts.
We will send additional guidance as it becomes available.
